Shweta Mehra at ID Care

Shweta Mehra, MSN, NP-C, is a certified adult nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences & Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. She also obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, via an accelerated program, from Rutgers University – Camden.

Shweta previously worked on the medical surgical/orthopedic floor for four years. She discovered her interest in infectious diseases while working at the Monmouth Medical Center Infection Prevention and Control Department and continued that specialty as the department’s Program Manager while attending Monmouth University.

Shweta graduated from Monmouth University in May of 2019 and joined ID Care in October of 2019. Her qualified clinical experiences at recognized hospitals have prepared her clinically and professionally. As an enthusiastic nurse practitioner, Shweta brings solid clinical experience, a strong focus on patient care, and professionalism.

When not at work, Shweta enjoys going to the beach, staying fit, traveling, and spending time with her family.
