Dr. Hashmi Rafeek is a board-certified infectious disease physician specializing in tropical medicine. Before entering private practice, she served as an assistant professor in infectious diseases at both LSU Health Sciences Center and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to her fellowship at LSU, Dr. Rafeek honed her hospitalist skills at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia.
