Why I’m an infectious disease specialist
“I became an infectious disease specialist because it is a more holistic approach to patient care. Infections affect the entire patient, not just individual organs, and it gives me the opportunity to treat the patient as a whole.”
Approach to infectious disease care
Dr. Bhalla believes that the doctor-patient relationship is central to quality care and a positive patient experience.
